Game Review - Diner Dash: Flo Through Time
If you like a challenge, Diner Dash Flo Through Time will certainly test your time management game skills to the max. This is absolutely the hardest in the Diner Dash series to date. Newbies to the series should work up their game skills on the previous versions of Diner Dash before attempting to play this latest game, starring the hard working waitress Flo.
Unfortunately, Diner Dash Flo Through Time doesn’t introduce grand new gameplay or anything startlingly different from other Diner Dash games in the series. Having said that, the story line is cute. You get to serve cavemen and look after a dinosaur, after being warped back in time because of a faulty microwave and an even more faulty Aunt. And as previously mentioned, the difficulty level is way enhanced and will test those who just love the Flo on the Go series. It is a dash game, so be prepared to work your fingers to the bone to make it through each level.
Diner Dash Flo Through Time does introduce a fabulous customizable Flo wardrobe and unlockable clothes rewards. There are thousands of clothing combinations to choose from, which makes the reward function something to strive toward.
Overall, Diner Dash Flo Through Time gets the tick of approval for pure time management play, yet loses a few points due to the feeling of having been there and done that. It is a game theme that has been done perhaps one time too many, but fans of the hard working Flo will like this for the new story line and difficulty level. Give the free trial a go to make sure that it’s not too difficult for your own game skills before taking the plunge to purchase the full version.
